Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a residential house painter. The role involves painting exterior and interior surfaces of residential homes, as well as surface preparation, ladder positioning, and operating spray pumps. While no prior experience is required, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors are necessary.

Required

• Punctual and reliable attendance every day
• Have a reliable mode of transportation to and from job sites
• Able to work under the direction of a supervisor
• Not allergic to latex
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are a plus
• (On-the-job training will be provided by the owner and team leads)

Responsibilities Paint exterior of residential homes

• Paint exterior and interior surfaces of residential homes
• Prepare surface areas for painting by scraping, caulking, and masking
• Use rollers, brushes, and spray pumps to apply paint to surfaces
• Position ladders and follow safety guidelines while working at heights of up to 40 ft.
• Contribute to the team by being punctual, working diligently, and following the instructions of the job site supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
