The Deron School of N.J., Inc., an approved private school for students with disabilities, is seeking upbeat, energetic para-professionals to join our team. With campuses in Union (ages 3-14) and Montclair (ages 13-21). The Deron School offers a positive work environment with opportunities for growth and advancements. We are currently looking for candidates in both the Union and Montclair Campuses. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Supporting assigned student by collecting and graphing data

-Running ABA programs

-Job coaching

-Implementing strategies to foster academic growth

-Facilitating functional communication skills

-Assisting in social skills development

-Collaborating with team, including lead teacher, related service providers, BCBA's, social workers, and nurses

-Additional training will be provided specifically for working with assigned students.

-ABA or RBT experience a plus

Union hours: 8:30-2:15

Pay: $25.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
