Job Description:

• Compliance with performance improvement clinical benchmarks
• Avoids substantiated complaints regarding interpersonal conduct
• Complete records and billing documentation
• Avoid hazards, uses safety equipment; is safe.
• Follows clinical protocols, plans and orders correctly
• Maintains effective scene management/leadership; follows ICS
• Follows operational flow and procedures efficiently and effectively to maximize utilization.
• Demonstrates effective and positive teamwork and initiative during EMS operations, within the department and the EMS community
• Works collaboratively and professionally with all allied health and public safety personnel.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License Required
• Nationally Certified & Registered Paramedic License Required
• ACLS, BCLS, and PALS Certified Preferred
• 1-3 years of Experience Preferred
