The Lancaster Residential Education facility is an educational program of Easter Seals and provides educational opportunities to students from New Hampshire and New England with complex learning and social/emotional needs.

Para Professionals (Teacher Assistants) play a key role in the lives of these young people by building therapeutic relationships, encouraging learning, contributing to the development and implementation of behavior plans and providing healthy adult role models. Individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment that is physically and mentally demanding will thrive in this position.

If you are interested in teaching, counseling, social work, or other human services professions, this is a great entry level position that will provide you with a wealth of experience. If you already have experience and are ready to lead in our environment, our agency is a great place to perfect these skills.

This is a full time, year round position.

Compensation , $15.50 with High School Diploma, $16.50 with a Bachelor's Degree
