Job Duties
- Controls all keys, parking locations and valet attendant functions involving guest vehicles.
- Receives and records all information pertinent to valet tickets issued for valet functions.
- Collects parking charges from guest and dispatches ticket numbers for valet delivery.
- Provides Family Style Service at all times
- Promotes positive customer relations.
- May perform other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience in Parking/Transportation area preferred.
- Must possess valid New Jersey driver’s license.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act respective to regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
