JOB DESCRIPTION

The Leader on the drive, representing the establishment and creating the first and last impression. Customer Service is the FIRST priority/responsibility of this position!

• The Valet Manager must demonstrate leadership and lead by example at all times.
• Prior Management Experience
• Must show customer focus.
• Must at all times exercise his/her knowledge of parking operations.
• Manage the drive in a professional manner at all times. Ensure Valet Supervisors & Ambassadors are professionally dressed at all times, wearing clean designated uniforms.
• Ensure Valet Supervisors & Ambassadors are professionally posted at all times with no personal conversations while on the drive.
• Coordinate the duties and responsibilities of the Valet Parking Supervisors and Ambassadors.
• Interaction with the establishment management team at all times to stay current with day’s activities.
• Maintain cohesive working relationship. Plan, coordinate and manage special events parking projects.
• Ensuring all parking signage is relevant at all times.
• Maintain accurate payroll records.
• Maintain all relevant records.
• Manage all financial records.
• Must show evidence of Time Management.
• Display Organization skills.
• The Valet Manager at ALL times is the Ambassador of Drive Hospitality on the property.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of management experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license in the state in which you will be working (if you are an out-of-state college student, you must have a valid license in your state of residence)
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission
• Must be able to speak, read and write Standard English
• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions
• Must be able to stand during entire shift
• Must be able to regularly stand, walk, run, use hands to finger, handle, feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
• Must have close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions, and ability to adjust focus
