Caruso Piano Gallery is a 94 year old business located in New London, CT. We buy, sell and ship heirloom and performance grade pianos all over the country. We are innovative and technolgy driven. We are looking for an individual to work in a active environment who enjoys creative thinking, is detail oriented and willing to share their ideas and take charge when required.

We are currently seeking a responsible and reliable individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate for this position must have prior experience working in an office environment, as well as bookkeeping skills and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering financial information from receipts, bills and checks into our company's accounting software, as well as generating reports and sending invoices. Complete proficiency in the Quick Books Online platform is required.

Responsibilities:

• Type documents.
• Complete bookkeeping for small companies.
• Manage finance for small companies.
• Do customer service for clients.
• Manually process transactions.
• Do data entry.
• Enter the data into the system.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
