Responsibilities:
- Transcribe product specification information onto shipping cartons.
- Weigh (if required), tape, lift, and stack filled shipping cartons onto pallets. Repeat steps for each machine.
- Perform duties quickly to avoid production back up.
- Perform visual eye inspection of production and alert Shift Coordinator or QA of noticeable defects.
- Perform job duties associated with scrap parts produced.
- Completes daily report of parts produced, scrapped or placed on hold.
- Tend to machines such as, Presses, Assembly, Auxiliary, Printing, Lining equipment, which perform in production areas, according to machine standards.
- Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance task as assigned by Shift Coordinator.
- Capable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain an attendance record within company guidelines and working required overtime.
- High school diploma or GED equivalency preferred.
