Med Tech:

Vivante North is a premiere Senior Living community located near the coast of beautiful Newport Beach. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality lifestyles to our Residents, and provide a broad range of specialty services focused on Independent, Assisted and Memory Care Residents.

We currently seek Kind, Patient-Medication Technician to focus on creating a positive experience for all residents and their family members by providing outstanding care and customer service. In order to apply you MUST have a heart for seniors and demonstrate patience and kindness in every situation.

The right candidates will possess all of the following as well as specialty areas designated below:

- 2 years experience in Assisted Living recommended
- RCFE Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Fingerprint clearance as required by government regulations and negative TB test

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

- A flexible, energetic people person, capable of managing diverse personalities and projecting care and professionalism in all work related situations

- Assist with the hiring, training, performance management and supervising of staff.

- Supervision responsibilities include handling call-offs, monitoring overtime ensuring shift duty list is complete, scheduling breaks and meals for staff, ensuring adequate supplies are available and ensuring residents’ personal items are properly and securely stored.

- Assist caregivers in the performance of their job requirements and assume caregiver activities when needed.
