Part-time Outsourced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Columbus, OH

The Role

We are looking for CFOs to join our team in an outsourced capacity. The role will consist of working part-time hours in a long term, open-ended consulting arrangement supporting our client with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and anything else the client needs to help grow their business like the following:

• Support organic growth/mergers & acquisitions activities

• Support succession/sale planning

• Support of client’s accounting function

• Budgeting & Forecasting

• Development of management reports

• Support of business process improvements

• Support of turnaround activities

• Optimization of monthly reviews of financial statements

• Provide business updates to owners, officers, and other key persons

• Conduct cash flow analysis of the cash flow statements prepared by your book-keeping firm

• Negotiate and manage Client’s future financing relationships

• Oversee and coordinate with Client’s CPA firm for year-end taxes

• Oversee Client’s bookkeeping firm and payroll provider (excluding regular payroll processing)

Required Experience:

• 3+ years in a CFO role

• Experience working with companies with less than $20M in annual revenue

• Experience partnering with company owners to support business strategy

• Professional consultants only. Candidates cannot be actively seeking full-time salaried employment

• Availability to work during EST business hours, 8hrs/day, 1-2 days/wk

• Must be located in Columbus, Ohio (or surrounding area)

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
