Job Summary

We are seeking part-time Property Management candidates to become a part of our team! You will utilize your excellent management and people skills to oversee the operations of one of several multifamily communities in the Anderson area.

We have been in business since 1984, covering an eleven state region including: Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana, Virginia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Florida and Georgia. Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee day to day operations
• Attract and educate new tenants
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
• Supervise, motivate and train site staff
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Enforce property rules and regulations
• Maintain compliance with reporting agencies

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in property management or other related fields
• Familiarity with HUD and/or Tax Credit compliance
• Ability to build rapport with tenants and applicants
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional/positive/team oriented attitude
