Part time Property Manager/team
Our goal is to Improve the tenancy and quality of Rolling Hills MHC through local property management. Flexible, part time position. Must be computer literate, Proud of improving properties, able to work with tenants. Construction experience would be a plus!
- Part time, Walk the property once a week, taking note of needed improvements, issue notices to clean up, etc.
- Able to Zoom or Facetime
- Organized and realize the importance of proper dates, notices and timing
- No landscape work, that is hired out
- Able to work with tenants and shift to attorneys if needed
- NEVER collect money,

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,200.00 per month
