QUALIFICATIONS

• Utah Dental Hygiene License

• 1 year of experience

• Job Type: 1 Part-time Opening

• Part time: Monday 7:30am-5:30pm, Tuesday 8:45 am-7:30pm. Thursday 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM ,Saturday Rotation
• Work Location: Layton, UT
