Enthusiastic and motivated IT analyst/Technician to provide an internal system and deskside support of employees and contractors in multiple company locations within the Florham Park, NJ area. This is fast-paced and rewarding environment. Basic Function/Responsibilities:
- Handle Tier 1 escalations through tickets.
- Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed.
- Assist new user during New Employee Orientation (NEO)
- Setup, deliver and install new equipment (Laptops, Printers, iPads, Phones, etc.)
- Troubleshoot in-home technology (WiFi, Printers, Copiers, etc.)
- Track work-orders using our ticketing system Services Desk Pro
Requirements:
- Familiarity with common operating systems such as Windows 10 as well as use of cloud office systems such as Office 365.
- Familiarity with typical PC hardware, thin clients, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users.
- An ability to learn technical material.
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to lift moderate loads of up to 20 pounds to a height of 3-4 feet.
- Ability to drive to company locations in the Florham Park, NJ area.
- A valid driver's license is required along with a vehicle in good condition.
