Summary
This employee is responsible for the completion of procedures involving the ordering, replenishment, receiving, stocking, transferring and issuing of parts at Kenco Fleet Services. This position requires frequent communication with customers, suppliers and Kenco Fleet Services personnel.

Education and/or Experience
2 years of related experience and/or training in a parts / service environment.
This employee is responsible for the completion of procedures involving the ordering, replenishment, receiving, stocking, transferring and issuing of parts at Kenco Fleet Services. This position requires frequent communication with customers, suppliers and Kenco Fleet Services personnel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Consistently attain parts gross profit margins at or above 38%
- Consistently attain parts revenue at least equal to service revenue
- Achieve inventory turns of 8 or better
- Maintain inventory accuracy of at least 96%
- Assist in receivables and payables of all parts
- Oversee and maintain all parts inventory levels
- Oversee parts deliveries, stocking, and storage
- Insure that parts records are kept accurately and timely including purchase orders, receipts, returns and adjustments
- Verify that accepted best practices are operating within parts department with regard to stock keeping accuracy and profitability.
- Provide a knowledgeable assistance to the branch in the profitable operation of a parts department
- Assist in recruiting and training of parts clerk
- Be able to operate within a budget
- Maintain shelf availability between 85% and 90% to meet customer demand
- Track all lost part orders
- Communicate down line to all associates
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager/General Manager
