Principal Accountabilities

• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Receive parts as delivered and put away inventory in Maintenance Storeroom or Warehouse. Receive parts in SAP.
• Maintain inventory for parts room according to procedures and ensure accuracy of inventory by performing cycle counts.
• Update and Maintain SAP part information.
• Perform necessary tasks in the shipping and receiving of packaging, repairable parts, motors, electrical, etc.
• Follow and enforce all plant policies concerning distribution of parts and supplies.
• 6Must be able to transport parts, motors etc. as necessary to and from suppliers.
• Help maintain Maintenance Storeroom inventory for spare parts.
• Fulfill inventory for Job Kits for scheduled work orders
• Must obtain Hazard Waste Manifest Training and receive chemicals.
• Optimize storeroom efficiency through effective parts organization, parts issuing and sign out, and optimization of reorder points, etc.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Complete daily checklist of responsibilities as required
• Demonstrate initiative and strong motivation and take accountability for the quality and quantity of work
• Support and promote Maintenance initiatives and continuous improvements, and Reliability Excellence platform
• Maintain general housekeeping of maintenance shop and work areas.
• This position shall have the responsibility to report problems with the food safety management system to identified person(s). This position has the responsibility and authority to initiate and record actions.
• Other special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the united states without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Able to read, understand and follow all applicable Safety, PRP, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Food Safety Regulations.
• Comfortable in a food-processing environment.
• Able to meet physical demand requirements as outlined in Medical Management Job Analysis (MMJA).
• Possess good organizational skills. CI model of 5S,5why
• Good communication skills - reading, verbal and written.
• Prior part room experience
• SAP TC2 or TCD experience
• Proven troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate both written and verbally with all levels of management regarding safety, quality, and assigned daily tasks.
• Able to listen, follow directions and be able to pass on accurate information to technicians as required.
• Able to work overtime as necessary or scheduled.
