Do you have experience with auto parts? Maybe you are a parts professional or a technician who is ready for a change of pace?

We are looking for a parts professional that takes pride in an organized parts department, both physically, and in our software system. This person will also be trained to build estimates by adding parts to repair orders and ensuring those parts are acquired in time for the job.

·Roles and Responsibilities:

· Ensure technicians have the parts they need as soon as humanly possible.

· Build estimates in shop management software by inserting proper parts and labor times (provided by technicians).

· Check in Parts as they arrive

· Manage returns and core returns

· Use shop management software to accurately manage parts flow and inventory

· Monitor stocking parts to ensure proper inventory is maintained (i.e. filters, oil, transmission fluids, coolant, etc.)

· Perform routine inventory checks

· Balance Parts invoices and credits using shop management records and vendor invoices/credits

· Maintain professional communication and relationships with parts vendors

· Oversee all employee parts purchases and orders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.80 per hour
