Barley Snyder, a regional PA law firm of more than 130 attorneys, is looking for an experienced Patent Attorney to join our Malvern, PA office. Our ideal candidate would have a 1- 3 years’ experience in patent preparation and prosecution. A technical background, in the mechanical or electrical arts, is preferred.

Barley Snyder has a rich history and success in serving major clients of all sizes from start-ups and family-owned businesses to large corporations. Our clients are involved in a variety of industries including manufacturing, finance, insurance, agribusiness, distribution, real estate, retailing and various service professions. Our IP practice group is centered in our Malvern, PA office and works with lawyers in our other seven regional offices to support the IP needs of our global business and local clients. We practice in all areas of intellectual property including patents, trademarks, copyrights, licensing, electronic commerce and litigation.
