Colby Nipper PLLC is looking for candidates with engineering degrees and strong writing skills who are interested in working as patent engineers and training to become registered patent agents. We are willing to train.Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office "Category A" recognized technical subject (https://www.uspto.gov/sites/default/files/documents/OED_GRB.pdf), including, but not limited to: electrical engineering, engineering physics, mechanical engineering, electronics technology, computer science (ABET-accredited), physics, aeronautical engineering, computer engineering, general engineering, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, civil engineering, and industrial engineering.
