We are actively hiring Patient Access Technicians to join our teams in person at our locations in the Puget Sound Area of Washington state, including Auburn, Covington, Parkland, Puyallup, and Tacoma. We have full-time, part-time, and on-call opportunities available.

Position Summary
The Patient Access Technician (PAT) is responsible for welcoming the patient into the care delivery setting and initiates the documentation required for the patients clinical care as well as the financial clearance. The PAT is responsible for ensuring accurate patient admission/registration. This position works closely with both the financial team (Patient Financial Services, Patient Financial Navigators and the payors) and the clinical team (Personal Health Partners, Emergency Department, Utilization Review, etc) to ensure the optimum patient experience, accurate registration, appropriate cash flow and reimbursements for the system.

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ years of customer experience.
• Available to work 2 shifts per week, one full weekend a month, which is from Friday-Sunday and one holiday per year.
• A majority of the shifts are 10-12 hours, but can vary based on the facilities need.
