Serenity is hiring a Patient Treatment Coordinator for our Phoenix area offices. This position is critical in our mission of helping people take back their lives from depression and anxiety. The primary role is to provide TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatment, monitor and build relationships with our patients during those treatments. What You’ll Do:
  • Administration of TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatments.
  • Build rapport with patients and create lasting professional relationships.
  • Support patient during treatments using positive communication and reinforcement to ensure optimal results are received.
  • Communicate and Educate patients about maintaining healthy lifestyles.
  • Keep patients on schedule and punctual.
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records.
  • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
  • Collaborate with Providers to determine the treatment protocols.

What We Need From You:
  • Customer service, barista or retail experience preferred.
  • Be flexible and adapt as situations require on the job, maintaining communications with providers in office.
  • Ability to remain calm and positive if patient becomes distressed.
  • Personable, optimistic, resilient and possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken grammar and typing skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to take direction and correction as needed.
  • Impeccable personal hygiene because of close contact with patients.
