Job Title: Payment Processing Mortgage Servicing - Full Time

Company: FCI Lender Services

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Compensation: $22.00-$30.00 based on experience

• If new to Loan Servicing, we will train
• Higher pay offered for proven prior mortgage loan servicing experience. (Not loan origniation or loan closing experience only)

EXAMPLE OF TASKS:

• Loan payment & term adjustments.
• Loan modifications.
• Processing of incoming/outgoing wires.
• Reconciliation of daily bank deposits.
• Accurately document all information pertaining to accounts.
• Check validation (Z method).
• Perform office duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Interact with customers in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact and professionalism.
• Read, interpret and apply federal, state and local collection laws, rules, regulations and company policies and procedures (FDCPA & CFPB).
• Use basic math to solve problems.
• Communicate clearly, concisely and effectively.
• Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Promptness.

• Proficiency in Excel.
• **Bank teller experience a plus.**
• **Mortgage experience a plus.**
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to analyze/resolve problems and adapt to change.
• Solid vocabulary, math, and multi-tasking skills.
• Basic computer skills with a minimum keyboarding
• Excelent 10 key by touch.

HEARING: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
