Description
Process weekly time and attendance records for hourly/weekly employees
Assist in payroll processes including but not limited to; employee data maintenance, earnings, deductions, adjustments, and taxes.
Reconciliation of payroll files to ensure accurate remittance
Communicate regularly with business partners, and vendors to meet process needs
Identifies and takes initiative to propose process improvements
Maintain documentation of relevant processes
Appropriately recognize, classify, and protect confidential data
Manage several activities simultaneously and seek direction accordingly
Capacity to work well under pressure with ability to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines
Utilizes and extrapolates from standard procedures to solve problems
Identifies issues with broad reach and seeks direction accordingly

Salary: $21.00 - $21.10 per hour
