Vital Records Control, the premier Records Storage Management Company in the U.S., seeks a candidate for the following position:
Job Description: Human Resources Payroll Clerk
Summary of Job Description: The Human Resources Payroll Clerk will report to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and is responsible for various Human Resource functions that include but not limited to pre-employment background screenings, on-boarding and termination processes for new hires and existing employees, reconciliation of HR documents, and various payroll and HR document audits.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process background screenings consisting of Criminal/Credit/Past Employment/MVR.
Responsible for the full new-hire on-boarding process from pre-employment through final training.
Responsible for reconciling all new-hire and current employee payroll documents.
Process all termination functions related to existing employees.
Reconciling all HR and payroll documents for Audit purposes.
Must be flexible to handle a variety of job functions as determined by Management.
Qualifications:
PAYCHEX FLEX EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED.
Experience in detailed payroll processing a MUST.
Experience in on-boarding employees strongly preferred, but not required.
Proficient in EXCEL and WORD.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and good analytical skills.
Must be able to pass a Background and Credit Check, and a Drug Screen.
Compensation and Benefits:
Full Time position that pays $20.00 per Hour.
Part-Time hours will be considered.
