Dynamic team with enthusiastic culture is looking to add a payroll coordinator to their team. Ideal candidate will have high-volume, multi-state payroll experience with a proactive and positive mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Multi-location payroll processing for hourly, salaried employees
- Assist with new hires, benefits, deductions, garnishments, adjustments in payroll system
- Utilize payroll system to upload hours an process payroll bi-weekly from multiple locations
- Payroll reporting
- Understanding of basic payroll law, policy
- Communicate frequently with locations to ensure accuracy of payroll issues
Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of high-volume payroll experience
- Experience with high volume, multi-state payroll (over 2000 employees)
- Large payroll systems experience
- Demonstrated knowledge in areas of payroll such as overtime, garnishments, payroll tax, payroll law
- Intermediate Excel required (pivot tables, vlookups)
- Problem solving skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple deadlines effectively
