Broad Reach Healthcare at Liberty Commons is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Financial Services team!
This job opportunity is NOT available to fully REMOTE candidates.
As Payroll Specialist you will oversee payroll operations for our organization. You will report to the CFO.
Your primary responsibility will be to issue employee payments, with attention to accuracy on shift differentials, deductions and withholdings. You’ll also keep all HR files up to date.
Payroll Specialist responsibilities include:

• Oversee employee paychecks, considering deductions and withholdings
• Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate
• Monitor paid and unpaid leaves
• Process overtime earnings or holiday deductions
• Resolve payroll problems and answer employee questions concerning payroll related matters
• Participate in payroll audits and ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes
• Manage and ensure accuracy of compensation plans, employee benefits, insurance and 401k

Payroll Specialist requirements:

• Previous experience in payroll or in a similar role
• Experience with compensation and benefits management
• Hands-on experience with integrated Human Resource Information Systems is a plus
• Strong computer skills with excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
