We are looking to hire a Payroll Specialist to join our team and help us keep our finances in order. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling administrative duties and communicating with employees. He or she will be responsible for preparing employee time sheets, calculating salaries and investigating discrepancies. The successful candidate will receive an excellent benefits package in return for his or her hard work.

Responsibilities:

• Send out tax forms and other correspondence.
• Work with payroll software program.
• Manage the approval process of timecards.
• Manage the approval process of vacation time.
• Process payroll deductions.
• Process tax forms and other government documents.
• Work with basic data entry skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
