This opportunity is 100% onsite!

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Images, configures desktops and laptops for end users.
• Receives, packages, and ships equipment
• Maintains an inventory of computers and documents all repairs performed.
• Installs and replaces computer hardware according to the needs of the customer (e.g., RAM,

NIC's, Modems, and hard drives).

• Troubleshoots and repairs basic computer hardware and peripheral equipment problems.
• Assists with the research of warranty information and may schedule warranty repairs at the

direction of a higher-level resource.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Information Technology, such as client, operating systems, components, PC maintenance, common hardware, and software related concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and solve basic technical problems.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• May require prolonged repetitive use of the upper extremities
• Must be able to move and/or lift 50 lbs.

• Organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly
• Requires long periods of standing
