At Lively Therapy Services, we pride ourselves in our work ethic and passion for helping children with a variety of needs. We are based in a clinic in Concord, NC, but we also travel to daycares and the surrounding community. You will be expected to collaborate with other Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech Therapists to create a fully therapeutic environment for already standing and new clientele.

Requirements:

- North Carolina License and Certification.

- At least 1 Year of OT/COTA experience.

- At least 1 year in Pediatrics

- Must be flexible, creative, and a team player.

- Knowledge in completing standardized and non-standardized assessments, progress notes, and discharge notes.

- Possesses the ability to write client-centered plans of care.

- Must have the ability to lift 15 to 40 pounds.

- Submit to a background check.
