About the role:

Join Takeda as a People Analytics Consultant and be a strategic advisor to senior leaders driving strategic, high value workforce-related projects. You will use an understanding of the businesses you support and will surface valuable insights to improve our workforce strategy. You will also support several programs like diversity, equity and inclusion, strategic workforce planning, employee surveys and more. You will report to the People Analytics Consulting Lead and work with several Human Resource teams and leaders.

How you will contribute:

  • Be a strategic consultant to senior Human Resource and business leaders to identify business issues, translate them into analytics projects and provide insights and decisions.

  • Educate Human Resource colleagues on using data to make better people-decisions to help transform Human Resources into a data-driven organization.

  • Conduct high-level analyses on several topics including turnover, hiring, employee experience, external workforce trends and diversity, equity and inclusion.

  • Partner with our research and operations teams to communicate findings from deep analyses ranging from deep-dive descriptive statistics to predictive models to our Human Resource partners.

  • Create stories with data and translate technical findings to partners, including senior leaders and C-suite executives.

  • Advocate for Data Privacy and the ethical use of data.

What you bring to Takeda:

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of Human Resources and/or People Analytics experience

  • Consulting skills, problem definition, hypothesis building, solution development and partner management skills

  • Experience with statistics and advanced analytics. For example: distributions, mean and variance, significance testing.

  • Data visualization skills using tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, ggplot, or matplotlib.

  • Data manipulation skill such as joins, unions and filtering using code-based approaches or tools such as Alteryx.

  • Have outstanding collaboration with the ability to work with multiple partners to accomplish goals.
