People Analytics Specialist

As Rhode Island’s largest health system and private employer, Lifespan is dedicated to improving the health of the people within our communities. We seek a diplomatic and collaborative People Analytics

Specialist at our corporate headquarters in Providence, RI. We will rely on you to:

Professional Overview

• Design and build dashboards and visualizations to tell a compelling and easy to understand data story.
• Analyze and interpret large and complex people data sets to distill insights; connect disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded recommendations.
• Design, develop and deliver customized and interactive dashboards, utilizing PowerBI to combine with other data sources, including data not yet mined or curated

Qualifications

• Proficient Microsoft Office skills in PowerBI, Access, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience with building data models, reporting, as well as visualization deliverables
• Work well in a dynamic, complex, team-focused environment within minimal oversight and an agile mindset
