Position Overview:
The Performance Marketing Analyst will manage the development and implementation of marketing programs intended to drive traffic and profitable sales for Mattress Warehouse. He/she will create and implement an Omni-Channel marketing strategy to drives traffic to retail stores and online. He/she will be a strong marketer with out of the box ideas to increase revenue with a history of successes. He/she will foster a partnership with the both internal and external stakeholder for alignment and flawless execution. He/she will have experience and depth of knowledge leading marking channels such as – Email Marketing, Paid Search, Natural Search, Organic, Display/Remarketing & Affiliate marketing. Execution of reporting by channel that will create actionable results for the marketing channels. Primary Responsibilities:
- Define and measure marketing programs for all digital media inclusive of email, display/remarketing, affiliate programs, organic, social and SEM as measured by ROAS.
- Develop and operationalize programs to drive customer awareness, increase customer acquisition and identifying new opportunities
- Monitor performance and budgets on a daily/weekly/monthly cadence for each program adjusting programs and budgets as needed to deliver results month over in strategy based on performance of each channel
- Leverage existing tech stack and 3rd party resources to analyze performance with ability to report out results to executive management weekly and ad hoc
- Responsible for the execution and delivery of organic channels results, inclusive of content creation strategy and execution
- Manage and collaborate with third party vendor relationships to support execution of vision and strategy to ensure consistent customer experience.
- Work closely with the creative to align on asset development needs and timelines are achieved on time supporting growth of customer base and profitable conversions
- Provide promotional calendars to each vendor which aid in the paid search, affiliate, and display program execution/management
- Design and execute customer acquisition strategies aligned with company promotional marketing schedules and campaigns
- Own, update, manage annual marketing budgets for all marketing programs
- Oversee the management and updates of site tagging requirements, specifically with upcoming digital storefront relaunch in 2023.
Position Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing programs, SEO, SEM, Affiliate, Display, Email and SMS understanding the balance between driving awareness and customer acquisition while delivering positive ROAS overall.
- Strong business financial understanding required.
- Degree in marketing or relevant work experience in respective areas of focus (Ecommerce, Digital marketing concentration a Plus)
- Experience with multi-channel business preferred retail industry a plus
- Experience in managing successful digital marketing programs specifically intended to drive traffic and conversion and profitable sales to support a multi-channel experience.
- Experienced online marketer with A/B testing experience,
- Successful management of third-party vendor relationships
- Good communication and partnership mindset. Ability to lead and influence at all levels across the organization.
- Attention to detail and accuracy for project execution.
- Ability to manage and prioritize against aggressive deadlines.
- Experience working with Adobe SiteCatalyst and/or Microsoft BI is highly desirable
