We are fast-paced and professional.

We are looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to assist our Founder in everyday tasks and duties. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively. Responsibilities include managing his calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, managing personal and corporate travel, and managing household duties (scheduling cleaning service, dry cleaning, mail/packages/returns). He will also need someone to assist with dog duties (pickup/drop-off day care, managing vet appointments, occasional walk).

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain daily calendar and schedules.
• Assist with all dog-related tasks.
• Organize and prioritize tasks for the day.
• Handle calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Make travel arrangements for personal and business trips.
• Maintain records of expenses and receipts.
• Assist with various projects as needed.

***Must have car and valid driver's license.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• On call
• Weekend availability
