We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Account Manager to join our team. The Personal Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and servicing of assigned Personal accounts. This position works to manage new and existing client account relationships, while maintaining a high level of client service and satisfaction. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving agency account retention goals by providing extraordinary client service; achieving growth goals through proactive account rounding and cross selling; and marketing and placement of renewal accounts as appropriate.

This position can be located in Charlotte, Forest City or Tryon, NC, and Remote/Hybrid opportunities are available.

Requirements:


Requirements of a strong candidate for this role include:

  • Current P&C License (or ability to obtain one)
  • Completion of CISR or CIC designation
  • Extensive knowledge of all lines of personal insurance, including sophisticated and less common coverage options
  • Thorough knowledge of brokerage operations including claims handling, procedures, carrier rating, agency management systems and applicable insurance laws/codes
  • Familiarity with risk assessment and risk management techniques
  • Experience with Epic Agency Management System highly desired
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) strongly preferred
