Club Studio is comprised of five innovative boutique fitness studios that were carefully curated to create a unique member experience, along with plenty of free weights, strength and cardio areas, Olympic size swimming pool, functional and personal training area, full-size basketball court, locker rooms, and babysitting services. This is where your unlimited boutique studio classes and your state-of-the art gym have collided. Fitness in a class of its own.

WHO YOU ARE: PERSONAL TRAINER

You are passionate about health, wellness and helping others achieve their fitness goals. You look to give every effort to deliver a first-class experience to our members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a credible cert approved by Fitness Intl
• Hold the safety and needs of the member above all else
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Be able to instruct clients one on one through personal fitness programs based on client goals
• Attend all required meeting/ trainings for personal training staff
• Be timely, well dressed, and ready to work
• Learn required skills to perform accurate Fitness Assessments
• Continued learning of personal training skills and education
• Maintain accurate session tracking for all clients
• Enforcement of rules and regulations
• Manage daily schedule to complete all appointments, tasks, and duties in a prompt, accurate and timely manner
• Present a healthy lifestyle and fitness professionalism at all times
• Have a thorough understanding of overall club systems and operations, and enforce procedures and policies
• Participate in club check on every shift and maintain club cleanliness

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 1 year of Personal Training
• Possess a Fitness intl. acceptable certification.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must not have any conflict-of-interest businesses.
• Excellent organizational skills and quick to problem solve
• Passionate about growing your career in fitness and health with Club Studio

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
