Pest Control Manager

Compensation - +/- $100,000 based on experience

Location: Northeast NC to the Outer Banks

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in pest control

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills

- Excellent time management skills

- Great follow-up and follow-through -- good memory, good organizational skills

- Enjoys working with customers and team members

Job Responsibilities:

- oversee the activities of all pest control employees, including sales representatives, office staff and technicians

- skillfully price, schedule and evaluate jobs and quality assurance programs

- maintain equipment & company vehicles

- Ensure the schedule and routes for all the technicians are up to date in real time and include the essential information for them to provide excellent service

- Manage technicians’ schedules to ensure even workload

- Maintain regular communication with technicians in the field during the day, supporting them as needed with unexpected situations

- Ordering pesticides & other supplies

- Oversee the appropriate use of pesticides & disposal of hazardous materials

- Ensuring that the company meets or exceeds all local, state and federal regulations related to pest control services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kill Devil Hills, NC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
