Pharmaceutical Inside Sales Representative Smith Drug Company, A Division of the J M Smith Corporation

Integral Rx is seeking a highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of developing and maintaining a customer base within the independent pharmacy, LTC and regional chain markets. This position requires cold calling an assigned territory to build accounts by offering special sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and working as a team to meet company goals.

In business since 1985, Integral Rx is a program within Smith Drug Company that focuses on generic distribution. Smith Drug Company is a division of the J M Smith Corporation, South Carolina’s third largest privately owned company.

Responsibilities

• Form long standing customer relationships with Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians in assigned territory and create sales growth for Integral Rx
• Achieve assigned sales goals and customer contact frequency for the assigned territory
• Prospect new business and build on existing
• Conduct quality sales calls
• Assist customers with any issues that arise in a timely manner
• Work with teams cross functionally to solve immediate customer needs (payment, tracking information, etc.)
• Demonstrate positive interactions with customers and team members
• Maintain the professional reputation and Company brand of Integral RX, as well as Smith Drug Company

Job Requirements

• Experience working with Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Communication proficiency, both written and verbal
• Technical capacity, to include proficiency in Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter

Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred
• 2-year Degree preferred
• 3-5 years Pharmaceutical Inside Sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is desired

Pay: $37,440.00 - $41,600.00 per year
