Our patients and therapists have the therapeutic benefits of 100% private treatment rooms for every single therapy session, therapy swings in every single treatment room, full-sized trampolines, rock climbing walls, Wii systems, 7-foot slides, sensory rooms, high-tech interactive projection floors and interactive walls with dozens of highly motivating Physical Therapy games, and an indoor swimming pool for aquatic physical therapy! Our full-time staff of 75+ therapists, providing therapy at our 7 clinics, are the most experienced, fun, and patient-focused pediatric therapists you'll find anywhere, and our 75+ administrative employees supporting our therapists at a one-to-one ratio (which is truly amazing) are the most professional and altruistic support staff you'll find anywhere!

Currently, we are searching for one wonderful Pediatric Physical Therapist who absolutely loves kids, loves being a PT, and would love working with a multi-disciplinary team of exceptional therapists hailing from all over the country!

This is a 100% pediatric clinic. We do not treat adults. All therapy is provided IN our clinics – there are no home visits or school contracts. Our patients are mostly 0 to 16 years of age. We provide therapy to children with all types of diagnoses, so there’s always something new and interesting to keep our therapists learning and growing professionally. With this many PTs, OTs, SLPs, Feeding Therapists, and Aquatic Therapists, bringing with them such a vast array of pediatric expertise and treatment techniques from all regions of the country, this is an amazing opportunity for professional growth, personal enrichment, and career revitalization for a therapist at any point in their career!

This Full-Time Position Includes:

1. An EXCELLENT STARTING SALARY of $92,000.00 to $104,000.00 (depending on years of pediatric experience, special skills, scheduling availability, and second languages – we highly value a therapist’s experience and special skills, and we compensate our therapists accordingly)

2. Sign-on bonus of $5,000

3. Relocation bonus of $2,000

4. Up to $3000.00 raise annually (every year!)
