We have an immediate opening for a full time Support Staff / Receptionist for our Lihue location.

Responsibilities include all aspects of the front office including.

· Delivering excellent customer service

· Scheduling appointments

· Answering phones

· Registering patients

· Collecting Insurance Information

· Obtaining Insurance Authorizations

· Collecting Patient’s financial obligations from insurance

· All other general clerical functions such as filing and assisting with facility paperwork.

· Contributing to the fun and compassionate atmosphere.

Customer service with Aloha and attention to details are of upmost importance. Experience in medical office or clerical office is preferred. Willing to train the right candidate with little experience is an option. Candidates must be proficient in use of office electronics, have a strong organizational skill, ability to multitask, and able to provide positive contribution to our team.
