Requirements

• ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Specialty
• Active, unrestricted physician licensure in at least one US State
• Must be a permanent resident of a US state or territory
• Preference given to physicians with disability file review or similar experience who maintain at least half-time clinical practice

• PM&R with Pain and Occupational Medicine (Tri-Boarded)
• PM&R with Pain Medicine and Neurology (Tri-Boarded)
• Occupational Medicine and Internal Medicine (Dual Boarded)
