Sunrise ShopRite in Parsippany is currently seeking a Full Time PIZZA MAKER for our busy "Sunrise Kitchens" and Sunrise Kitchens Caterers. Qualified candidates with proven demonstration of required skills could lead to full time opportunities. We are currently looking for afternoons and evenings and weekend availability to support the store and Sunrise Kitchens.

Job Purpose: Making Pizzas, Food Preparation for that outlet of the kitchen, strong customer service, pack out and setting up food cases/displays everyday.

Duties:

• Daily Food preparation, sandwiches, rotisserie chicken, special orders and all custom catering.
• Ability to follow production lists and get the requests done in a timely manner.
• Ability to follow communication logs and deadlines as they pertain to production and catering.
• Must follow Food Safety and Quality Assurance standards as they pertain to the kitchen environment.
• Must follow all Menu Labeling guidelines at all times.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Skills/Qualifications:

• Ability to read, communicate, write and interpret in English.
• Ability to work within an open/diverse kitchen environment.
• Ability to work within warm and refrigerated environments.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work most weekends and holidays in rotation.
• Strong verbal communication skills, strong customer service abilities, high energy levels, dependable, high productivity levels, attendance, confidentiality, flexibility, handles pressure and time lines well.

Experience is a PLUS but reliability is a MUST!
