We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Planner to join our team at Wishare Media Group, an established advertising agency. As a Marketing Planner, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing solutions and executing strategic plans for our clients. Your expertise in both planning and execution will be crucial in driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving client objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Develop innovative and effective marketing strategies that align with clients' business objectives and target market.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define campaign goals, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Create detailed marketing plans and timelines, outlining actionable steps and resources required for successful execution.
• Implement marketing tactics across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, content marketing, events, and more.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insightful reports and recommendations for optimization.
• Continuously evaluate and refine marketing strategies based on industry trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between creative, media, and account management teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Planner, Marketing Strategist, or similar role in an advertising agency or marketing department.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing solutions.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in market research and analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional project management abilities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with clients from various industries and market segments.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, technologies, and trends.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Certification in marketing or related field is a plus.
