Job Title: Planning Associate

Overview:

The Planning Associate at Publisher Services, Inc. leads all systems-based maintenance for item data for the accounting system and leads systems-based maintenance on tracking of inbound deliveries. The Planning Associate reports to the Senior Planner.

Responsibilities:

Title data acquisition for Publisher Services, Inc., including:

Acquire core and detailed title information from vendors

Initial item set-up

Maintenance of all title information

Acquire and maintain inbound delivery tracking information

Acquire container, LTL and small package delivery ETA

Deliver tracking information to internal stake holders

Update internal system with tracking information

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Proficient in suite of Microsoft office programs: Excel, Word
• Shipping experience is a plus

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
