Job description

Currently we have an opening for Hourly General Production position in our main production facility located near downtown Decatur, IL. This facility prints and manufactures products for the corrugated packaging industry.

We are looking for motivated individuals, who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment.

Specific Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To

Safely, operating machinery

The ability to practice housekeeping

Reading Factory orders

Setting up orders, which may include carrying tooling/equipment throughout the facility

Utilizing basic shop math such as: accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other equipment.

Consistent quality and count when inspecting product

Accurately completing quality and administrative document checks to ensure specific directions are followed.

Candidates must have availability to work nights/weekends and overtime as needed.

Position Requirements

High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

Minimum Qualifications For Consideration

Applicants must have a stable work history, good attendance record, positive attitude and a desire to produce quality work as part of a team. Experience in the printing or corrugated industry and ability to drive a forklift is a plus.
