Job description

Porter needed for immediate hire at our multi-family apartment community in Crowley, TX. If you are someone with an eye for details and who can work independently this job is for you. The position ensures the quality appearance and upkeep of property buildings, grounds, and units in order to maintain its overall appeal to future and current residents. Requirements include:

• 2 years Porter/Groundskeeper experience.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Reliable Transportation.
• CPO and HVAC Licenses are preferred.

• Experience with OneSite software is a plus.

Duties include:

• Clean common, amenity, and ground areas on a daily basis. Rake, sweep, shovel as circumstances warrant.
• Check and replace exterior lighting on a regular basis.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy as necessary through the make-ready process. Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless. Clean model apartments on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Clean the Leasing Office, amenity areas, laundry facilities, and other common areas on a daily basis, or as scheduled by the Manager.
• Care of swimming pool and related equipment; maintain water quality and safety apparatus.
