POSITION SUMMARY

The Post-Harvest Supervisor position is responsible for the execution of the FoundryWorks post harvest plan at a facility level and will lead a team that specializes in all post harvest tasks from Harvest intake through package transfer to production license. The role will oversee post harvest schedule, accurate data entry into Metrc and internal database, SOP/WI execution, teammate training, coaching and improvement. Post-Harvest manager will work with Cultivation, Production and Operations Leadership to ensure the post harvest team is aligned with FoundryWorks production goals. Post Harvest supervisor will report KPIs to appropriate leadership to keep the operation dynamic.


KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Execute post-harvest plan as directed with data from Sales/Marketing.
  • Ensure SOPs/WIs are being followed
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all team mates
  • Ensure data being collected on internal/regulated databases is accurate and compliant
  • Maintain training and development plans for all appropriate teammates. Work with the

Department leads to retrain teammates when needed.

  • Ensure teammates are accountable for accurate time clock entries
  • Responsible for Coaching/Disciplinary actions for all appropriate teammates
  • Report aberrations from normal operating procedures to appropriate leadership
  • Report accurate KPI information to appropriate leadership chains.
  • Work closely with Maintenance and the Operations Manager to ensure post harvest equipment
  • repairs and upgrades are completed as needed and are operating optimally.
  • Work directly/hands on with the team when needed to complete daily/weekly tasks.
  • Participate in facility leadership meetings when needed and appropriate.
  • Oversee supply orders to avoid any interruption to production

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE + QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s in relevant scientific field preferred
  • Dependable leader that facilitates a supportive team environment and delivers consistent, timely
  • Attention to detail with an understanding of Quality Standards
  • Takes direction, organized, and detail-oriented with good judgment in raising issues to leadership
  • Flexible, collaborative, team-oriented person with good communication skills
  • Must be a dexterous, adaptable individual
  • Able to work efficiently and accurately

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • High School Diploma
  • No Cannabis Allergies
