As a Practice Care Coordinator, you will:
- Own the first impression
- Smiles often
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Answer incoming calls from patients, doctors and other health care facilities in a timely and professional manner.
- Greet and assist anyone who enters the clinic
- Check patients in and out for their scheduled appointments
- Verify patient insurance benefits
- Collect and post payments to the patient accounts
- Update insurance information and personal data in the patient charts
- Follow scheduling guidelines for our clinics both locally and in outlying area
- Prepare charts for upcoming appointments
- Maintain inventory of office forms and supplies
- Work closely with clinicians and other support staff to ensure that our patient’s needs are met
- Arrange for package pickup and delivery services
- Helping in other areas of the office as needed
