The UPC South Tulsa Adult location is currently looking for a member to join our team! The Practice Manager will report directly to the Administrative Director and will be responsible for supervising and participating in the daily operations of the clinic.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Assign and schedule work duties and provide orientation and training to personnel

Monitor and oversee work activities

Maintain medical and office supplies and be responsible for the operational budget

Identify and recommend improvements in work procedures

Maintain Employee Satisfaction Scores – Standard 85%

Maintain Patient Satisfaction Scores – Standard 3.5
QUALIFICATIONS
Want to be a part of our team? Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of management experience preferred
- Previous medical office experience preferred
SKILLS
Excellent written/verbal/telephone communication skills are essential, along with basic computer knowledge, and a basic understanding of insurance, referrals and medical records. This position will adhere to all policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.
