Asbury Park Food Collective is looking for hard-working, enthusiastic and quality focused individuals to join a 5+ person food preparations and commissary operations team. Commissary Team Members ensure that clients always take priority. They work openly with their fellow team members to align with and achieve commissary operating goals as directed by Commissary Management. Commissary Team Member’s are the front-line face of the Asbury Park Food Collective and expected to be an all-around ambassador of the Asbury Park Food Collective ethos and adhere to Company policies and procedures. This position reports directly to the Commissary Production Manager.

Essential Responsibilities:

*Setup/breakdown and maintain commissary stations as required to fulfill client’s and member’s needs *Complete food preparations in accordance with client’s quality standards *Prepare client’s orders for delivery *Deliver client’s orders in accordance with their delivery instructions *Replenish supplies and food preparations as required *Engage with member’s to answer questions and/or assure an excellent experience *Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards throughout the commissary *Adhere to Asbury Park Food Collective’s Safety and Sanitation Standards *Emphasize continual communication and improvement *Create a positive work environment for commissary members and fellow team members *Maintain a neat and clean appearance *Other tasks as deemed necessary by Commissary Management

What we’re looking for:

*Prior food preparation experience recommended but not required *Valid Driver’s license

Available shifts and compensation: $15-$17/hour. 30+ hours per week including weekends and some holidays.
