Summary

Responsible for execution of the appropriate pricing for company products based on a variety of factors. Duties to include will be conducting NRS pricing validations, submit local SAP uploads and lead CONA updates / upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Execution of all Trade Letter entries & reports.
• Responsible for the training of Pricing Management Tool (PMT) system for the sales team.
• Provide the sales team with pricing exception reports to help guide future decisions & requests.
• Analysis of all prepromotion exception pricing requests with the assigned Account Executives and Distribution Centers and posting of all Investment Request Forms (IRF) as per the standard LCCB information preservation policy and Business Services North America (BSNA) requirements.
• Responsible to be self-motivated to interact with multiple departments within BSNA to ensure correct pricing setup and accrual setup.
• Responsible to interact with these same departments to identify and correct any pricing/accrual discrepancy.
• Review, interpret, and enter some Local Key Account pricing request.
• Responsible for analysis of customer(s) and/or channel(s) setup in the CONA master data system, to determine optimum system sequences and system set-up to provide accurate and coherent pricing across multiple locations and accounts.
• Responsible for post promotional analysis (TPO) of previously approved exception prices, LCCB trade letter promotions, previously approved food service contracts, and national pricing initiatives tied to commercial programs.
• Verify the accuracy of all information provided by Sales on all pricing requests.
• Attach appropriate pricing and perform defined testing and sampling to ensure invoice accuracy.
• Interact with Key Accounts, Demand Planning, and Commercial Departments on Market and Pricing Strategy.
• Complies with all safety policies and procedures. Maintain Liberty’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Education: 4-year college degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Business related, or accounting fields preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years or more of experience, preferably in the goods/beverages industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Specialized Technical Skills: Microsoft Suite experience is required.
• Experience with SAP ( CONA ) is preferred.
• Language skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Time Management: Self-motivated, good time management with ability to multi-task, ability to work independently with limited direct supervision required.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, margins, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc.
